At Luna Threads, we’re committed to delivering a smooth, satisfying shopping experience. We take pride in our quality and service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer return and exchange options under the conditions below.

Return Policy

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Wrong item or size delivered

  • Damaged product on arrival

Conditions for Return:

  • Return request must be made within 5 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Log in to your account at http://lunathreads.in/.

  2. Go to your order history.

  3. Select the product you wish to return and click Return.

  4. Provide your order number, delivery address, reason for return, and an image of the incorrect or damaged item (if applicable).

Refunds:

  • Once the returned item passes our quality check, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Note: Return courier charges may apply depending on the reason for return.

Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Luna Threads purchase! Exchanges are available under these conditions:

  • Wrong item or size delivered

  • Damaged or defective product on arrival

  • Need a different size of the same style (currently we do not support exchanges across different styles, but we're working on it).

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Exchange request must be made within 5 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Exchanges will be processed only if the returned item passes our quality check.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Log in to your account at http://lunathreads.in/.

  2. Go to your order history.

  3. Select the product you wish to exchange and click Exchange.

  4. Provide your order number, delivery address, reason for exchange, and an image of the incorrect or damaged item (if applicable).

Delivery of Exchanged Items:

  • Once we receive and approve the returned item, your replacement will be shipped.

  • Expected delivery time is 5 working days for domestic shipments.

Cancellation Policy

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order. Reasons may include limited availability, errors in product or pricing details, payment verification issues, or quality concerns.

If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 15 working days.
